Franciscan
Missions Inc. Battles Leprosy in Guinea-Bissau
Mission work is part of Franciscan life
For untold
millions, the world is a place of suffering and loneliness because
poor, vulnerable nations cannot afford to take care of their
citizens. In fact, in many countries leprosy is still destroying

Franciscan College Embrace
Creation
Santa Clara University in Santa Clara,

Jessica Reimer – had the opportunity to do just that. They took two
courses the underlying purpose of which was to move closer to nature
and fulfill the Franciscan teaching of caring for creation.
