Shipping Policy

UPS is the carrier for all St Francis Market purchases.  Shipping and Handling Cost are calculated at check out and are based on the method of delivery chosen and are established by UPS. The shipping and handling charge dependent on the destination and the value of your order.

Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery, especially custom orders.

Return Policy

Please call email  us at customerservice@franciscans.org  or call 416 562 4700 to receive an authorization for your return and to share the reason for returning an item.
